This is also the on-line home of our District Development Group (DDG). The DDG exists to promote and administer community-based youth cricket activities throughout the Borough of Tunbridge Wells.

New Youth Section at the Memorial Ground, Paddock Wood
Following the demise of Paddock Wood C.C. near the beginning of last season, KCB TW DDO Nick Fairrie, has been working with his DDG peers, Bruce Bristow of Castle Hill CC and Brian Gasking of Linden Park CC in partnership with Paddock Wood Town Council to ensure cricket comes back stronger than ever at what has to be one of the best cricket grounds in West Kent.

ABSAT Courses available once more
Following on the success of last year’s courses, this summer sees a new batch of ABSAT courses for coaches who want to learn how to coach fast bowling properly. It’s also for bowlers who want to discover the secrets for themselves. All the courses are run by Ian Pont the Essex Bowling Coach and ECB National Skill Sets Coach.
