It includes small gestures like making teas at a fundraiser, and bigger gestures like coaching the juniors of the team. No doubt there are some volunteers out there now who are coaching both County and England stars of the future.</strong><br /><br />The NatWest OSCAs ceremony is held every year at Lord&rsquo;s Cricket Ground and is attended by over 300 people. 2009 saw almost 400 nominations put forward from the counties for the seven different categories.<br /><br />We would like you to nominate those volunteers working in your club that you feel deserve a special recognition. The categories for nominating volunteers this year are as follows:</p>
