Firstly many congratulations to you and all the girls that have made it into the Winter squad sessions - well done and good luck to you all!  There is no question that we expect everyone will improve significantly over the next few months and our intention is to make it an enjoyable but disciplined and hard working few months.

WINTER TRAINING DETAILS
All sessions are at Sutton Valence School and from 3:00-5:00pm on Sundays.
 
The dates are:
January 17th, 24th and 31st
February 7th, 14th, 28th
March 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th
