THIS IS THE PLACE WHERE YOU’LL FIND ALL THE MAJOR DOCUMENTS THAT THE KENT CRICKET BOARD IS GOVERNED BY.
Please feel free to download any of them.
The Kent Cricket Board is an “open” organisation in that its dealings with Local Authorities, Clubs, other organisations and individuals throughout the County are entirely transparent. In support of that claim, KCB is making available for download three important documents that govern all our activities and behaviours.
All the documents are in Word format.
Constitution of the Kent Cricket Board
We have created a link here so that you can download the Constitution of the Board. The Constitution sets out the way the Board is governed and managed. It lays out the framework within which all our activity is carried out.
Code of Conduct
Here is a link to the written Code of Conduct against which our ethical behaviours and disciplines can be judged by the County at large.
2007 Action Plan
This is a link to KCB’s Action Plan for 2007.
The Action Plan sets out the ambitions and challenges for Kent Cricket Board and the game as it is played in the county during this calender year. By and large, all targets have been created through negotiations between ourselves and our line Managers at ECB. It is against this document our performances are judged.
Routinely throughout the year we are held accountable for progress against all the objectives that are stated in it.
If you have any questions or concerns about any of these documents, please do not hesitate to email Jamie Clifford at Kent Cricket Board.
