Umpires and scorers
don’t grow on trees

That’s right  -  they’re  manufactured.  Officials have to be recruited, trained, examined, and scrutinsed.

Your club could not operate without someone umpiring and someone else scoring.

That’s where the ACO comes into operation.  Each winter throughout the county separate training courses are held for umpires and scorers.

All you need is to enlist your candidates  -
