The idea is to have consistency in the data and to try and ensure there is the same interpretation of what is required in the process across all Clubs in the County.

Some files, i.e. Facilities, Personnel (Requirements), Club Teams and Schools Activity contain a reference to “Interpretation of Data”.

The document which explains how to interpret the data that is required in those sections can be found at this link. We strongly suggest you download and print it as it will assist you considerably when completing those sections.

We have prepared three presentations which can either be viewed on line or downloaded as PowerPoint files for you to store on your own computer and use with the need to go on-line to do so.

Please note that when viewing the on-line presentations for the first time, you may be asked to install an Active-X control.  Photodex - the host of the files - is a trusted source and it is a safe component to install.  However, the choice remains yours.

The presentations are:

1 - How to allocate various roles in the Development Planning module to indivuals.  The presentation is aimed at Club play-cricket.com website administrators

2 - Not everyone knows how to access their Club’s play-cricket.com website so this presentation guides a new user through the process of finding their Club’s home page.   It’s aimed at everyone but particularly those who will have some sort of role in the Development Planning process

3 - To be able to be allocated a role in the Development Planning process and access the module, membership of your Club’s play-cricket.com website is essential.  This short presentation shows how, having found a Club’s home page with presentation 2, you register as a member of your Club’s website

Please note this must be done directly by an individual:  members who are activated by the website administrator for the Club can only have the role of “Member of the Website”.
