ecbclubmark_col_small.jpgAs part of a Clubmark Evidence file submission, a Club Development Plan is required.  The Plan must follow a given format.

When a Clubmark Evidence File is ready to be presented to KCB for accreditation or re-accreditation, it must contain evidence that a Development Plan has been submitted and is part of KCB/ECB reporting to Sport England and the government.

From the beginning of 2008 all Evidence Files for Clubs seeking accreditation must reference a Development Plan entered via. the new Club Development Planning Process which is now available through ECB’s play-cricket.com website.

We have developed some essential help files on how to access the system and you will find them on this page.

Once they have been prepared, we will also upload help files in respect of how data should be entered and how it impacts on your plan.  Those will follow in the next few weeks.

Help files for the Club Development Planning module

The new Club Development Plan module in play-cricket.com is now available on line.  With that in mind, KCB thought it would be helpful to all concerned with the process if some simplified help files were made available.

We have prepared three presentations which can either be viewed on line or downloaded as PowerPoint files for you to store on your own computer and use with the need to go on-line to do so.

Please note that when viewing the on-line presentations for the first time, you may be asked to install an Active-X control.  Photodex - the host of the files - is a trusted source and it is a safe component to install.  However, the choice remains yours.

The presentations are:

1 - How to allocate various roles in the Development Planning module to indivuals.  The presentation is aimed at Club play-cricket.com website administrators

2 - Not everyone knows how to access their Club’s play-cricket.com website so this presentation guides a new user through the process of finding their Club’s home page.   It’s aimed at everyone but particularly those who will have some sort of role in the Development Planning process

3 - To be able to be allocated a role in the Development Planning process and access the module, membership of your Club’s play-cricket.com website is essential.  This short presentation shows how, having found a Club’s home page with presentation 2, you register as a member of your Club’s website

Please note this must be done directly by an individual:  members who are activated by the website administrator for the Club can only have the role of “Member of the Website”.

Click the appropriate image to watch a presentation.  Please note that these are hosted off-site and loading might be a little on the slow side, even with a broadband connection.
