EmailThe annual Kent Cricket Board (Ashford District) indoor cricket tournament was held at the Ashford Stour Centre on Sunday 16th March.
The event was supported by over 50 young players who had attended the Autumn and Winter coaching courses arranged by Peter Moralee, KCB’s District Development Officer for Ashford and his team of coaches.
The players were divided into 8 teams with each adopting the name of a county used in the Nat West Pro 40 League. The 8 teams were then divided into two divisions of 4 with each team playing a minimum of 3 games.
Some excellent cricket was played resulting in some close finishes. A complete report is available for download from this site.
