Please visit the site regularly as updates to winter training and subsequent outdoor practice sessions and friendlies will appear here first. This information will be confirmed by email along with guidance on clothing and the costs involved with the county program. So please ensure contact numbers/email addresses are up to date.
Over the Winter I would encourage players to keep active and/or play a wide range of sports to further improve and develop fitness levels and athleticism. As an example swimming is a great cardio activity & a reduced risk of injury.
