Kent Young Cricketers Under 13 arrived at Fitzwilliam College Sports Ground in Cambs on Wednesday 21st July 2010.  Skipper Michael Waller won the toss and elected to bat. 

We made a good start with openers George Davis 52 and Piers Richardson 50 putting on a good opening stand.  Michael Waller continued the positive batting with 74, Ryan Davies 31 and Zak Crawley 30 not out to take the away side to 259 for 4 from their 40 overs.

Cambs started well in reply and opener Max Holden made 87 before being run out .  Chris Pepper made 59 not out as the home team closed on 188 for 4 from their 40 overs.  Piers Richardson was the pick of the Kent bowlers with 8 overs, 3 wickets for 24 runs.

Kent won this ECB U13 County Competition Match by 71 runs.
